The service
Copy cat is a free tool that frames a photo to published document photo measurements and lays out copies on a printable sheet. It is provided as is, without warranties.
Official rules
Copy cat isn’t connected with any government, and the formats are our reading of each authority’s published rules on the date shown. Rules change, and the authority alone decides whether to accept a photo. Check the official page before you apply; we are not responsible for a rejected photo, or for the time or fees it costs.
Your photos
You are responsible for the photos you use. Only use photos of yourself, or of people who agree (or whose parent or guardian you are).
Google Drive
Google Drive sync is optional and uses your own Google account, under Google’s terms. It keeps there an encrypted copy that only your recovery code opens: if you lose it together with every device, nobody can recover that copy, us included. Download a backup file from time to time too.
